I feel like the author finally got in the swing of writing grown up books in this book. The first couple were a bit, rushed, in some spots. Like abandoning past characters and draining them of their personality to get on with the “main” story. But she did a much better job at integrating them back in for this book. Jessica and Kyle still get short changed with their original personalities being swapped for drone replacements. But it melded together much better. I say that but I loved all the books. One was a bit rockier than the others, but I’d read them all again.
