Wonderful book used to to qualify for the Boston Marathon more than one time. Great ideas on speed work going to a track and running 1 milers and than walking around the track up to 12 miles depending on time time to finish such 3 hr and 30 minute Marathon or a 4 hour Marathon. I have been waiting quite a while on the 2002 book by Galloway book and it has still not arrived but would use this 1984 edition anytme.
