After a slow start to the series with Tunnels the authors have me in their thrall. I was even reading my kindle in the car as my husband drove me to symphony rehearsal. I know this series is written for young people but this old lady is well and truly hooked. I will not reveal the story line here but I will say that the book is full of graphic violence and that parents should decide whether or not to let younger teens read it. It might be too much for them. Some things they will certainly learn from it is that appearances can be deceiving... and that there is no limit to the wickedness of some people. This book is a real action-thriller.
