I really like this bread book. I love that it gives you a few recipes from all kinds of different countries... Brittish, French, Belgian, Italian, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austrian, Dutch, Swiss, Nordic, E. European, Russian, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, Middle East, North Africia, Jewish breads, America, Carriabean, Mexico, Hawaii, Indian, Japanese, and S.E Asian breads. WOW is WOW. I find it so amazing and informational. I have made a few loaves already. I especailly love the French Dimpled Rolls, the Welsh Clay Pot Rolls (quite a conversation piece) and 2 different kinds of "tortillias." Next, I'm going to try the Pumpernickel recipe in the N. European and Scandinavian section.This really is an awesome bread book. A must buy!
